**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Automotive Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Connecting with customers**: You'll interact with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
* **Calmly resolving issues**: You'll attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, providing a positive experience for our customers.
* **Escalating interactions**: When necessary, you'll escalate interactions to ensure that our customers receive the support they need.
* **Tracking call-related information**: You'll maintain accurate records of all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
* **Providing feedback**: You'll provide feedback on call issues to help us improve our processes and services.
* **Upselling**: You'll have the opportunity to upsell our services to customers, helping us to grow our business.
**Qualifications**
