The Account Coordinator, XM will be responsible for coordinating event execution, managing brand ambassadors, and ensuring successful event logistics and operations. Responsibilities - Coordinate and execute event marketing campaigns and promotions for clients, with a specialization in street sampling - Oversee event logistics and operations, including setup, teardown, and coordination with vendors and the brand ambassador team - Manage up to 10 brand ambassadors at a time and provide ongoing coaching and training - Work closely with the team to understand goals and objectives for an event and develop a plan to achieve them - Support the management team throughout all stages of the event planning process - Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and other key stakeholders to ensure all duties and responsibilities are properly executed - Prepare and maintain accurate event documentation, including event timelines, schedules and logistics plans - Participate in on-site event coordinator and management - Monitor and analyze event performance and make recommendations to improve future events - Participate in post-event evaluations and provide feedback and key learnings to clients - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in event marketing and understand the local market Skills - A minimum of 1+ years of experience in event coordinator is required - Must have a valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle - Ability to work flexible hours including overnight travel, evenings and weekends - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and project management skills - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations - Strong understanding of event management best practices and regulations - Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills - Outgoing, friendly, sense of team spirit, confident and dedicated to event management - Client service orientated with an ability to build strong and productive working relationships - Previous experience as an Account Coordinator, Team Lead or Brand Ambassador is an asset - Previous experience in alcohol is an asset - Bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, or related field is preferred Company Overview - Mosaic is a experiential, retail, shopper and content marketing.
