Centric Consulting is seeking a Communications Lead to support a high-visibility, global CRM transformation. This initiative involves transitioning multiple highly customized legacy systems into a single enterprise-wide platform enhanced with modern AI capabilities. You will work closely with the Director of Change to shape, deliver, and manage communication strategies that build awareness, drive engagement, and support adoption across a global workforce. This role blends corporate polish with creative, concise, social media style communication. You will play a central role in planning Town Halls, developing newsletters, building messaging campaigns, and shaping communication narratives that help employees understand the value of change. You will begin the engagement at 50% utilization, ramping to 100% utilization as communication volume increases and activities intensify throughout the program lifecycle. In this role, you will: Serve as a strategic communications partner and "right hand" to the Director of Change Develop and execute communication strategies supporting a large-scale, global CRM transformation Produce concise, visual, and engaging communication content designed to capture attention quickly Plan and coordinate bimonthly Town Halls, including agenda creation, speaker prep, and content gathering Develop and distribute newsletters on alternating weeks to maintain consistent organizational engagement Participate in biweekly communications review sessions to align messaging and upcoming needs Manage intake and prioritization of communication requests across teams and stakeholder groups Collect key information, insights, data, and stories to craft compelling communication materials Coordinate content needs with internal video production teams Track and analyze engagement metrics (e.g., video views, open rates, click-throughs) and adjust communications based on insights Craft messages that demonstrate value, articulate the "why," and support employees in navigating change Deliver communications that align with organizational change management principles Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and last-minute changes Build trust and integrate seamlessly into a collaborative, relationship-driven team culture Who You Are: An experienced communications professional with a strong background supporting enterprise transformation programs Skilled in short-form, high-impact communication-clear, attention-grabbing, and visually engaging Able to balance corporate polish with creative, agile execution Highly relationship-driven and able to integrate quickly into a close-knit, collaborative team Comfortable navigating frequent change and working with evolving direction Knowledgeable in change management concepts and able to integrate them into messaging Experienced in communicating with global or large-scale audiences during technology rollouts Analytical, using engagement data to refine communication effectiveness Highly organized and efficient with time, able to meet deadlines in a part-time environment that will ramp to full-time Self-directed, proactive, and able to deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Organizational Development, Business, or related field required Master's degree preferred (e.g., MA in Communications, MBA) Certifications in Organizational Change Management, Communications, or related fields are a plus Additional information: Minimal travel may be required Candidates must be able to provide writing samples demonstrating versatility and communication style Role begins at 50% utilization with the expectation to ramp up to 100% Total Rewards: We proudly offer competitive compensation, a comprehensive and well-rounded benefits package for full-time employees that have been designed to nourish your well-being, such as health coverage, wellness programs, 401K company match, self-managed PTO, and other unique incentives that celebrate your accomplishments.
