We are seeking an experienced 340B Program Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the ongoing compliance, optimization, and analysis for customers of the company. Responsibilities include program compliance, monthly reporting on relevant performance metrics, maintenance of various Third-Party Administrators software, analyzing pharmacy data to identify opportunities and risks, and collaboration to optimize 340B program.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Routinely reviews client’s clinic/pharmacy claims to determine 340B eligibility and identifying missed opportunities
• Perform and finalize monthly 340B claims audits for assigned client accounts, verifying eligibility, preventing duplicate discounts, and ensuring compliance with HRSA and manufacturer policies.
• Assist in ensuring that all reported findings are supported by proper documentation that will allow clients to remain in compliance with relevant 340B regulations
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or anomalies in claims data; document findings and communicate results to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Analyze purchasing, dispensing, and claims data to identify trends, exceptions, and revenue optimization opportunities.
• Assist with split-billing and third-party administrator (TPA) data management.
• Support audit readiness, including self-audits and preparation for HRSA or manufacturer audits.
• Maintain knowledge of 340B regulations and translate policy updates into actionable internal guidance.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key 340B metrics and performance indicators.
• Develop and implement process enhancement strategies to improve audit accuracy, reduce risk, and streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff, finance, IT, and external vendors to support efficient and compliant program operations.
• Stay up to date on 340B legislation, policy changes, and industry trends to ensure best practices.
• Prepare audit reports and presentations for both internal leadership and client-facing communication.
• Develops, modifies and ensures that 340B policies and procedures are in accordance with current state, federal and system program requirements.
• Annually reviews and updates 340B policies and procedure manual of entities
• Works in collaboration with the Lead 340B Program Coordinator to create training and competency materials for all staff and leaders who work with the 340B program.
• Responsible for ensuring that the annual HRSA recertification is accurately completed within the allotted time frame.
• Responsible for ensuring that the HRSA 340B database is accurate for all entities.
• Responsible for ensuring registration of any new site and pharmacies within the allotted time frame.
• Monitors inventory accumulators at pharmacies and addresses any inventory discrepancies with the pharmacy or vendors
• Tracks and resolves any pricing discrepancies from wholesaler purchases at all pharmacies
• Manages referral prescription capture program for customers of the company
• Supports implementation of new Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and new Contract Pharmacies
• Become proficient in accessing, editing, updating the TPA portals
• Reconcile utilization records and 340B purchasing accounts to ensure that TPA software is working properly and accurately.
• Maintains manufacturer level 340B eligibility file for clients
• Develop financial reports for all pharmacy settings
• Other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of 340B program requirements, covered entity responsibilities, and audit protocols.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and claims processing.
• Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc).
• Though role is remote, this role may require 25% of traveling and/or virtual meetings
REQUIRED SKILL/ EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Public Health, Pharmacy, or related field. or five years of experience working with 340B Program or 340B ACE Certification. Professional experience, beyond requirements, in a related field may substitute for a Bachelor degree requirement on a year for year basis.
