**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for various customer enquiries, whether by phone, email, or chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling customer enquiries and requests, responding to them according to need and situation
* Communicating with customers via different channels (e.g. phone, mail, or chat) to ensure an optimal customer experience
* Using various tools and systems to identify and resolve customer issues, escalating problems to the appropriate groups when necessary
* Maintaining certain KPIs to ensure better Customer efficiency support
* Assisting customers and users in technical enquiries and raising their concerns to the related Subject matter expert technical team when needed
**Your Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Very good Turkish (C2) and good English (B2) skills in speech and writing
* Service-oriented and communicative, with the ability to meet customers at eye level in a friendly and pleasant manner
* Confident in using a PC
* Prior working experience in a service organization is desired
* Familiarity with social media and online advertising products/vendors
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Fast learner, diligent worker
* Willingness to provide background checks (certificate for highest level of education, employment certificate, references from previous employment)
* German resident (applicants from Saxony, Hesse, Saarland, and Hamburg cannot be considered, even if they have a secondary residence in another state)
**Ideally, You'll Have:**
* Experience in customer service
* Online advertising experience (a big plus)
