The Senior Consultant position at Cirrius is a critical piece to the project delivery pod. The Senior Consultant not only supports some of the most complex delivery items that the team is working on, but also provides mentorship and support for other Salesforce Consultants and Associate Consultants on the team. The Senior Consultant can fill several different project roles in a functional and declarative capacity to include Lead Consultant, Release Manager, or Automation lead for projects.

At Cirrius Solutions, we are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Senior Consultant to join our rapidly growing team. As a Salesforce Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for advanced declarative configuration on Salesforce Field Service, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Field Service experience. You will also be involved in advanced declarative automation, reporting configuration, and conducting discovery sessions with clients to map out business processes and define key success factors.
In this role, around 50% of your time will be focused on Salesforce configuration, 35% of your time will be spent with clients on discovery sessions, touchpoints, and training sessions, and 15% of your time will be dedicated to talent development and internal team events. You will be expected to have strong communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
To be successful in this role, you must be Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certified, Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certified, and have advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud & Service Cloud configuration. You should have at least 4+ Salesforce Field Service full-cycle projects under your belt, as well as experience mentoring junior consultants and gathering requirements from clients.
In addition to the required skills and certifications, bonus skills such as Advanced Field Service Accreditation, experience with 3rd party apps, Service Cloud Voice experience, and Solution design experience are highly desirable.
