As a valued member of our Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division, you'll have the opportunity to promote and sell air travel on blithequark, while also developing your skills and advancing your career in a dynamic and supportive environment. Why You'll Love This Job • This role is a key member of the Corporate Affairs Team, working closely with government and corporate clients to provide exceptional customer service and support. • As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling air travel on blithequark, preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and preparing and issuing tickets. • You'll also be the primary point of contact for customers, answering inquiries regarding general travel information and resolving customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner. • In addition, you'll communicate with customers over the phone to research passenger complaints, advise of cancelled or delayed flights, and communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that may affect the customer.
