Job Title: UI/UX DesignerLocation: RemoteExperience: 4–7 yearsOnly USC / GCJob Summary:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 4–7 years of experience in designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered designs that deliver seamless functionality and an exceptional user experience.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement user interfaces for web and mobile applications.Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance design solutions.Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and simple user interfaces.Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms.Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.4–7 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.Solid knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability testing.Experience in working with Agile development teams.Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.Good to Have:Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design feasibility discussions.Experience in creating design systems and working with component libraries.Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.Exposure to data visualization or dashboard design.Soft Skills:Strong attention to detail and aesthetics.Ability to balance creativity with practicality.Open to feedback and iterative improvement.Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously."About the companyAxiom is a global information technology, consulting and outsourcing company and services provider.
