Utilize data and insights to identify content trends and make data-driven decisions to improve performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on merchandising strategies and goals. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to inform merchandising decisions. Work closely with content teams to understand their goals and objectives and incorporate them into the overall merchandising plan. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. Identify and implement new ways to drive user engagement and retention through merchandising efforts. Lead and mentor a team of merchandising specialists to execute on merchandising strategies.
