Senior ServiceNow Developer - Remote / Telecommute

Job Description: Pay Range $94.18hr - $96.18hr Responsibilities: • Perform all aspects of Platform Administration, Design, Development and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. • Implementation of all ServiceNow modules including: ITSM, CMDB, Performance Analytics, Dashboards, Report, Discovery, Orchestration, HR, Legal, Facilities portal • Customize ServiceNow in the following areas: Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, Service Portal, and API WebHooks. • Provide advanced support for Service Now by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis for all modules. • Manage and Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise business systems. • Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems. • Create test cases and perform system and integration testing with sample and live data. • Engage with stakeholders across the life cycle of a project including requirements gathering, testing, training and deployment. • Work with IT managers to generate dashboards and reports. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelors degree or higher in a technical field. • 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience. • 5+ years of IT experience required in cloud technologies. • Expertise in 2 + of ServiceNow modules: Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, Service Portal, HR Portal. • Strong JavaScript development experience required. • Strong experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON). Preferred Qualifications: • Preferably ServiceNow Certified Application Developer. • Expertise in Dashboards, Reports, and Workflow customizations. Project Execution: • Experience managing lifecycle of projects end to end from requirements gathering to implementation. • Experience in a complex enterprise application environment with integrations and customizations to support multiple business processes. Skills: • Strong team player but also able to work independently without supervision. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Ability to write and communicate detailed documentation (project specifications, requirements, and plans) for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to multitask and scale quickly in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
