RN – BSN Adjunct Instructor PT (Remote)

2799 Florida Technical College's RN-BSN program is seeking a highly motivated and qualified RN-BSN Adjunct Instructor to join our team remotely. The faculty member will provide instruction to students enrolled in the RN-BSN program. The instructor will facilitate learning in accordance with the program’s curriculum, support student academic success, and uphold the standards of professional nursing practice and higher education. Key Responsibilities: • Teach assigned RN-BSN courses in accordance with established syllabi, learning outcomes, and program objectives. • Engage students through active learning strategies, online and/or in-person delivery. • Assess student performance using appropriate evaluation methods, providing timely and constructive feedback. • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress. • Incorporate current evidence-based practice, nursing theory, and professional standards into instruction. • Foster a supportive, inclusive, and professional learning environment. • Participate in program and faculty meetings as required. • Adhere to university, school of nursing, and accrediting body policies and standards. Qualifications: • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required; Doctoral degree in Nursing or related field preferred. • Unencumbered, active US RN license or endorsement. • Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience; experience in baccalaureate-level teaching preferred. • Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills. • Commitment to student-centered teaching and lifelong learning.
