About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Client Service Associate / Financial Advisor Assistant to provide remote operational and client-service support for independent financial advisors. You’ll serve as the advisor’s right hand — managing onboarding, client paperwork, money movement, and daily operational tasks within platforms such as LPL, Schwab, Fidelity, Orion, Allbridge, Redtail, and Wealthbox. Responsibilities • Process account openings, transfers (ACATs), contributions, and distributions • Manage client service requests and follow-ups with custodians (LPL, Schwab, Fidelity) • Prepare and track paperwork for onboarding and account maintenance • Maintain CRM records (Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce, or Tamarac) • Prepare meeting reports, client summaries, and documentation • Support compliance workflows and back-office coordination Qualifications • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an RIA, IBD, or wealth-management environment • Hands-on experience with LPL, Schwab, Fidelity, or similar custodian platforms • Proficiency in Redtail, Wealthbox, or comparable CRMs • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Clear written and verbal communication • Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable working remotely Compensation & Benefits • Competitive hourly or retainer pay (based on experience and hours) • 100% remote, flexible schedule (20–40 hrs/week) • Long-term advisor placements through RAR’s national network • Opportunities for ongoing assignments and growth Apply Today Join a professional remote team that understands the RIA world.
