BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist II for an opportunity in 100% Remote Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist II Job Location: 100% Remote Expected Duration: 2 Months Contract Pay Rate: $24/hr on W2 Shift Time: 9:00am-5:00pm Position Purpose: Assesses the quality of departmental interactions, systems, and relevant processes through a variety of communication channels to ensure compliance of established policies and procedures are met. Works with cross functional departments to correct and improve routine quality concerns and processes. Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree. Requires 1 – 2 years of related experience. May require vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience. Vocation or technical education may include additional on-the-job training or continuous learning education.
