Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Work on a self-driven project that impacts the business during a 12-week internship. • Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, manufacturing, design, and sourcing teams. • Support product creation execution strategy in either Footwear Development or Apparel Development/Technical Design. • Engage with mentors and participate in interactive Q&A sessions with executives. About You The company is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: • Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program with expected graduation between December 2026 and July 2027. • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. • Majors relevant to Footwear Development include Engineering, Industrial Design, or Product Development. • Majors relevant to Apparel Development/Technical Design include Fashion Design or Technical Design.
