Now, across these locations, the platform attracts over 13 million unique users monthly who engage with over 5 million ads with a total value of over $10 billion.Jiji is currently among the most downloaded and highest-rated apps in African e-commerce.We’re seeking a Middle QA Engineer.Core requirements:1. Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a QA Engineer, with a focus on testing web and mobile applications.Experience with Android and iOS platforms, including testing on real devices and emulators.Experience with automated testing is a significant plus.Experience in REST API testing.2. Technical Skills:Strong understanding of testing methodologies and types (functional, regression, integration, usability, performance testing, etc.).Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).Proficient in writing test cases, creating test plans, and maintaining testing documentation.Experience with version control systems like Git.Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with Jenkins or similar systems.Automation testing skills using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Espresso, or similar.Basic programming knowledge (Java, JavaScript, Python, or other languages).3. Tools:Familiarity with key mobile testing tools such as Android Studio, Xcode, and Charles Proxy.Experience with browser developer tools for debugging web applications.Experience with bug tracking and reporting systems.4.
