Responsibilities: Provide direct care, counseling, and therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups.Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate discharge planning, treatment coordination, and referrals.Offer crisis intervention and support to individuals in acute distress.Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation following organizational policies and regulatory guidelines.Completing program-specific assessments.Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Qualifications: Masters degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or related field from an accredited University/College.Demonstrated experience providing therapy or counseling in a behavioral health setting.Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and developing treatment plans.Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse populations.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
