As a key member of our team, you will engage directly with clients to review their media performance, identify optimization opportunities, and develop test and learn plans to elevate their understanding of the blithequark customer. **Your Impact** As a Manager of Customer Insights, you will be responsible for creating annual strategic learning plans for our business(es) supported, leading Quarterly Business Review Processes with top clients, and serving as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting. You will synthesize disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments, regularly delivering these recommendations to internal leadership and external vendor-partners. **What You Will Do** * Creates annual strategic learning plans for business(es) supported, aligning with blithequark's retail media business goals and objectives. * Leads Quarterly Business Review Processes with top clients, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth. * Serves as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing guidance and support to internal partners and external clients. * Synthesizes disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments, delivering these recommendations to internal leadership and external vendor-partners. * Oversees the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights. * Tells data stories that support key deliverables such as sales pitches and case studies, effectively communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders. * Oversees omnichannel advertising efforts, aggregating all sources of insights to support client-facing teams. * Partners with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback. * Integrates knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to blithequark's Retail Media Network and the whole of the blithequark retail media business. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative. * 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with 3-5 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics. * Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management. * Experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way. * Experience with A/B testing. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel). * Experience working with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools. **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's Degree in a related field (e.g., Master's in Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA). * Experience leading teams and demonstrating proven business impact. * Experience managing global teams. * Experience working in a retail environment. * Experience working with analytic/research software (e.g., SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.). **About blithequark** blithequark is a FORTUNE 50 home improvement company serving approximately 16 million customer transactions a week in the United States.
