**Your Role: Work from Home Customer Service Representative**
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service to our clients and their members. Your role will involve:
* Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing effective resolutions to customer inquiries.

**What We're Looking For**

* Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days.
* A typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
* A hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.
* A secure, private work area at home.
* Flexible availability, including weekends.
