Job description We’re seeking an organised, detail-oriented Admin & Operations Assistant to manage cleaning bookings on Saturdays and Sundays, with an additional half-day for a meeting with the Operations Manager. You’ll be the hub connecting clients, cleaners, and management. Key Responsibilities: • Allocate and manage cleaners for each booking • Confirm job details and communicate with clients • Track payments and booking status • Manage cancellations, last-minute changes, and urgent issues • Update CRM and scheduling systems with accurate records • Provide support to recruitment and onboarding when required What You’ll Bring: • Excellent communication skills (WhatsApp, email, phone) • Strong time-management and organisation • Attention to detail and high accuracy in record-keeping • Calm and solutions-focused under pressure • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Positive, proactive, and flexible approach Job requirements • At least 3 years’ experience in administration, operations, or scheduling • Familiarity with CRM, ATS, or booking/scheduling systems • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel • Confident communicating via WhatsApp, email, and phone • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet, and quiet workspace All done!
