We are currently hiring California-licensed mental health therapists to join our growing clinical team.

Compensation & Benefits
• Total annual compensation: $78,000–$95,000
• Base salary: $75,000–$80,000
• Opportunity to earn up to $10,000 annually through our incremental compensation program

What You’ll Do
You’ll work 40 hours per week, divided as follows:
Clinical Care (28 hours/week)
• Conduct weekly psychotherapy sessions using CBT-I and other evidence-based practices
• Maintain an average of 30–35 sessions per week (sessions 30-60 minutes in length)
• Manage a caseload of up to 40-45 clients
• Focus primarily on adults with chronic insomnia
Administrative & Professional Development (12 hours/week)
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Participate in:
• Weekly 1:1 case consultations
• Weekly team consultations
• Peer-only huddles
• Ongoing professional development programming
• Collaborate with other providers or family members when clinically appropriate
• Participate and lead in structured onboarding, ongoing CBT-I training, and regular clinical consultation, including weekly 1:1 consultations, team case reviews, and peer huddles to support high-quality care and professional development.
Moona Health manages client scheduling and provides streamlined tools, allowing you to focus on care rather than logistics.
Working Hours
Total: 40 hours per week
Required Availability
You must be available for any 18 hours per week during the following times (PST):
• Monday–Thursday: 3:00pm–8:00pm
• Friday: 3:00pm–6:00pm
• Saturday: 11:00am–1:00pm
Flexible Hours
• The remaining 10 clinical hours may be scheduled at your discretion between 7:00am–4:00pm PST, Monday–Friday
• 12 administrative hours can be scheduled flexibly

Who We’re Looking For--Required Qualifications
• Active, unrestricted California license
• LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience
• Willingness to work clinical hours within the Pacific Time Zone
• Must not have opted out of Medicare
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
• Proficient with telehealth technology (Zoom, EHRs, Office tools, collaboration platforms)
Preferred Experience
• Clinical experience with Insomnia and sleep disorders
• Training or experience in evidence-based treatments, particularly CBT-I
• Strong interest in learning, consultation, and ongoing professional development
• Active, unrestricted licensed in additional states is a plus (NJ, NY, MA, FL, TX)

Pay: $78,000.00 - $85,254.48 per year
