Cavender Auto Family Dealership of West Texas is expanding its Virtual F&I platform and is actively seeking elite-level Automotive Finance Managers to support our luxury line dealerships through a fully remote, performance-driven model.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prior high-volume Automotive Finance Manger experience
- Ability to work fully remote from a quiet, interruption-free workspace
- Comfort with recorded virtual customer interactions
- Strong focus on VSC and Prepaid Maintenance penetration
- Experience with:
- CDK
- Microsoft Excel
- Darwin
- Luxury brand experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Valid Driver’s license with clean MVR
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Willingness to travel up to 10% annually for training (expenses covered)
- 90% plus Virtual / Remote position (except for onsite training and performance reviews)
- Serve customers across multiple dealerships to include Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz and Subaru
- Deliver compliant, professional, and high-performing virtual F&I presentations
- Focused on profitability, clean contracts, and funding efficiency
