Job Title: UX (User Experience) Researcher Location: Remote Duration: 12 Months Position Summary We are seeking an experienced UX Researcher to ensure digital experiences across web and mobile platforms are grounded in deep user insights. This role plays a key part in delivering intuitive, engaging, and user-centered solutions by conducting methodologically sound research that informs product and design decisions. The UX Researcher will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including product managers, product owners, designers, analysts, and engineers to understand user behavior and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Core Responsibilities • Define and execute user research using both qualitative and quantitative methods, including usability testing, diary studies, surveys, interviews, and concept testing • Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights that inform product strategy and design direction • Ensure user feedback is embedded throughout the product development lifecycle • Communicate insights through compelling storytelling, journey maps, personas, and stakeholder presentations • Present research findings in ways that drive clarity, alignment, and informed decision-making • Independently manage multiple research initiatives while aligning with project timelines and business goals Additional Responsibilities • Contribute to research best practices and documentation standards • Support cross-functional workshops and ideation sessions using research-driven insights • Maintain and continuously improve research tools and processes • Partner with design, product management, analytics, and optimization teams throughout research cycles • Stay current on emerging UX trends, research methodologies, and tools • Support research initiatives related to personalization, loyalty, and omnichannel experiences • Provide mentorship or peer support to junior team members, as appropriate Qualifications • Bachelor s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Anthropology, or a related field • 5+ years of UX research experience in digital product environments (e-commerce or mobile app experience preferred) • Demonstrated ability to independently scope, lead, and deliver end-to-end research initiatives • Strong expertise in usability testing, qualitative interviewing, survey design, and research synthesis • Experience with research and design tools such as Figma, UserTesting, Dscout, Dovetail, Marvin, or similar platforms • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively in agile, cross-functional product environments • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Curiosity about customer behavior and a passion for improving digital user experiences
