As a Virtual Assistant in Inflight Services, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing innovative solutions, tools, and training to our flight crew members.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the movement of Inflight team schedulers at the System Operations Control Center
- Administer shift exercises of the Inflight Team Scheduling capabilities
- Arrange and communicate with other working groups within the NOC
- Guarantee legally binding understandings and scheduling practices are organized consistently and proficiently
- Function as a contact with bases and different divisions within the NOC, empowering open communication and displaying collaboration through cross-functional working connections
- Maintain positive associations with airline steward association delegates
- Coordinate a team of senior schedulers and schedulers
- Develop employees and support positive worker commitment
- Address Inflight Planning as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for authoritative IT, training, and project drives
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Secondary School certificate or GED
- 4 years of Functional Administration experience
- 4 years of Scheduling Operations experience
- Solid capacity to advance comprehensiveness, communication, and worker improvement
- Solid verbal relational abilities
- Read and write in English
- Capable of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Must be lawfully authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship
- Effective completion of an interview to meet work capability
- Dependable, reliable participation is a fundamental capability of the position
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will be considered an asset:
- 4+ years of Functional and People Management experience
- Inflight Group Planning experience
- Lead/Direct Group Schedulers
- Direct shift exercises of the Inflight Group Planning capabilities
- Arranges and communicates with different gatherings within the NOC
