Otis Elevator Co. is a global leader in elevator and escalator manufacturing and service. They are seeking a high energy, customer-centric Inside Sales Representative to increase sales of spare parts and develop strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed annual sales goals with parts sales to the external customer base
- Primary point of contact for customers inquiring on service parts, ensure customer satisfaction and account management
- Provide timely and accurate quotes and offer obsolescence product solutions to grow sales pipeline
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of parts and packages
- Generate sales opportunities by providing personal customer service and expand business opportunities by developing relationships and providing product support
Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to work hybrid in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to build effective customer relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Comfortable working in a technical environment using Microsoft-based software
- Goal-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
- Elevator industry experience a plus
- 1–2 years of relevant sales experience preferred
- Hybrid schedule requiring in-office presence 2–3 days per week, including Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Given the nature of the position, applicants must have authorization to work in the U.S. now and in the future without sponsorship
