We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel Client Success Representative to join our growing remote team, targeted to candidates in the Sacramento, CA area. In this role you will support clients throughout their travel planning journey by providing exceptional service, timely communication, and personalized assistance. This fully remote position is well suited to individuals who enjoy helping others, are detail-oriented, and have a passion for travel and customer care. Availability during Pacific Time business hours is preferred.
As a Travel Client Success Representative you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from inquiry through post-travel follow-up.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to assist with travel inquiries
Coordinate travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, and related services
Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel options, and policies
Maintain organized client records and documentation
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Stay up to date on travel trends, supplier updates, and industry guidelines
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate online systems
Customer service experience preferred but not required
