PEG's client, a nationally recognized car rental company, is seeking a Temporary Call Center Representative to support their team. This fully remote opportunity is approved for a 60-day contract and is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take incoming calls from drivers, clients, and vendors regarding collision and glass claims
• Provide clear, accurate information while delivering a high level of customer service
• Document claim details and interactions thoroughly and efficiently
• Complete a small amount of assigned administrative work during off-queue hours
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Qualifications:
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
• Comfortable handling sensitive or claim-related conversations
• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection
• Must provide your own computer/laptop suitable for remote work
Schedule & Work Environment:
• Monday through Friday
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST
• Fully remote
