Experience
• Prepare accurate individual & business tax returns
• Maintain compliance with IRS ERO guidelines
• Communicate with clients via phone, text, or portal
• Securely collect tax documents & ensure due diligence
• Follow internal SOPs & quality review process
• Optional: Build and manage your own book of clients

Qualifications:
Required:
• Active PTIN
• Computer/laptop + reliable internet
• Excellent communication skills
• Integrity, professionalism, and accuracy
Preferred but not required:
• Active EFIN
• Experience using professional tax software
• Experience with Schedule C, credits, or business returns
• Any tax-season experience (even minimal)
Training is provided for motivated beginners.
