Recognized industry-wide for exceptional UX and award‑winning digital execution, we continue to set the standard for intuitive, inclusive, and elegant design solutions.As a Senior/Lead UX Researcher, you will guide research strategy across multiple product teams and platforms, ensuring that user needs and behaviors drive every stage of the product development lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Design, Product Management, Analytics, Creative, Marketing, and Consumer Insights partners to shape the next generation of digital experiences for a leading beauty retail client.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & StrategyLead and mentor a multidisciplinary design research team through an iterative, user‑centered design process.Drive research strategy on complex, highly cross‑functional initiatives spanning web, mobile apps (iOS/Android), in‑store digital tools, and emerging technology experiences.Serve as a thought partner and facilitator during product definition, ideation, and strategy development.Research ExecutionDesign, plan, and execute high‑impact research studies including generative, evaluative, moderated, unmoderated, in‑person, and remote methodologies.Conduct foundational research to inform product strategy, opportunity sizing, and long‑term roadmap planning.Analyze qualitative data from usability testing, interviews, participatory design, and heuristic evaluations.Insight DevelopmentTranslate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights that inspire design direction and inform product decisions.Partner with Consumer Insights, Market Research, and Analytics teams to triangulate data sources and build a holistic, 360° view of customer behavior.Operational ExcellenceMaintain a scalable, well‑organized research repository to enable ongoing knowledge sharing and design continuity.Advocate for research best practices, methodological rigor, and inclusive design across the organization.We’re excited about you if you:Have a strong passion for human‑centered design and the strategic power of UX research.Bring deep experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research across digital product ecosystems.Are comfortable working within agile workflows, balancing shifting priorities, and navigating ambiguity.Understand the nuances of behavioral vs. preference‑based research—and how to design appropriate tests for each.Excel at distilling complex data into compelling narratives that resonate with audiences from engineers to executives.Are skilled at synthesizing diverse data inputs into cohesive, meaningful insights.Thrive as a mentor, collaborator, and influential research advocate.QualificationsPortfolio demonstrating impactful digital product research, ideally with strong mobile case studies.8+ years of UX research experience, including 3+ years in a senior, lead, or principal‑level role guiding research direction and cross-functional teams.
