Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Industry GTM Program Manager to support innovative strategies and strategic projects aligned with growing the Pax8 vendor marketplace through industry and vertical offerings. As a key member of our Corporate Vendor Alliances group, you will lead cross-functional, complex transformation initiatives and drive the program management of vertical go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute GTM Strategies: Own the program management of vertical GTM for Pax8, including landing the strategy from new route to market lead and partnering with the business to stand up industry content and messaging for partners.
- Market Trend Analysis: Identify trends in the market for Small to Medium size businesses (SMB) and work to launch content and manage multiple projects at once to ensure the messaging lands with partners.
- Performance Tracking and Optimization: Ensure the ability for the business to track and monitor the impact of the program in the market, monitor vendor performance inside industry or vertical focus, and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Budget Management and Reporting: Manage any budgetary and reporting requirements for associated projects, making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how best to progress with the project.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate internal resources and third parties (when applicable) for flawless execution of multiple projects and serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the associated projects in the industry team.
- Project Planning and Execution: Create long and short-term plans assisting with defining project scope and objectives, including targets for milestones adhering to deadlines, and account for relevant internal stakeholder engagements.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine the project approach to optimize its effectiveness and align with the company's overall growth objectives.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience: At least eight (8) years of experience in a business development and/or global project/program management role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Collaboration: Experience building and maintaining interdepartmental collaboration and co-dependence to foster long-term partnerships and drive continued growth for the company.
- Data Analysis: Comfortable working with data, including vendor performance metrics, sales data, and market trends, to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions, shifting priorities as needed to support the success of the company and its vendors.
Ideal Skills and Competencies
- Technical Writing: Ability to create clear, concise documents that are easy to understand.
- Problem Solving: Proficiency in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems that arise during a project.
- Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, compartmentalize projects, and document everything in an agreed-upon location.
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree: B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Compensation and Benefits
Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $116,000 or more, depending on experience. Our Total Rewards package includes:
