As a Software Engineer, you will develop next-generation Interactive Voice Response application solutions, working with cross-functional teams to improve and deploy these technologies for a growing client base.

- Perform design and code reviews
- Learn and implement a wide range of technologies that integrate solutions with customers
- Transition solutions to internal and external platform teams
- Prioritize and juggle between multiple projects based on customer needs
- Communicate with external customers as required
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Up to 2 years of experience as a software developer
- Proven track record of developing high-quality software
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented software development techniques
- Ability to communicate with developers, executive managers, and external customers
- Experience with VXML, ASR, Call Center Telephony, and IVR development platforms, such as Cisco CVP or Genesys
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and passion about quality of work, desire to learn, and take ownership
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in conversational North American Spanish
- Experience in MVC frameworks
- Experience with Jenkins or other build server
- Experience with Agile development practices
- Interest in data collection and analytics
- Knowledge of multiple SDLC practices
- Proficiency in 1+ programming language, such as Java, C#, or C++
- Working with UNIX/Linux/OSX
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Ruby on Rails, VUI Design
- Deep understanding of the principles of IVR Voice Interface design
