As a SLED Account Specialist, you will serve as a trusted advisor to public sector clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from their partnership with Softchoice by delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming client calls and purchase requests from SLED customers with fewer than 500 employees
- Follow up and close transactional renewals
- Create and manage opportunities in Salesforce
- Follow up on quoted products and services
- Collaborate with vendors to secure best pricing and product availability
- Execute on selling under Public Sector procurement contracts
- Setting clients up on the Softchoice.com portal
- Drive web adoption on every call assisting clients to place orders on the Softchoice.com portal through “Web-Walk through DEMO” and the Procurement POV
- Attend trainings and learn/keep up with new products and technologies in order properly support client requests
- Drive customer experience (CX) scores up though “legendary customer service”
Skills
- 1+ years of B2C/B2B sales or customer support experience
- College or University degree
- Salesforce experience an asset
- Public Sector/SLED experience an asset
