Summary
We are looking for a meticulous Service Team Member with a background in insurance to enhance our daily service operations. This position is crucial for processing requests, issuing certificates, and ensuring precise and prompt documentation in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities
- Review requests from clients, banks, and landlords
- Prepare and issue insurance certificates and related documents
- Assist with processing endorsement requests
- Support policy binding activities during 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
- Ensure service delivery is accurate, timely, and compliant
- Maintain professional communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) accurately based on policy details and client requirements
Requirements
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in insurance servicing (COIs, endorsements, policy changes) required
- Experience working within an Agency Management System (AMS) such as Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication
- Dependable and service-oriented
