Project Overview:
We are a technology consulting firm seeking a high-level SEO & Digital Marketing Consultant for a high-impact audit and review of our website traffic and lead generation status. Our goal is to create a "Growth Roadmap" that identifies how to imrpove our current website traffic and converting more leads and provides a technical/content strategy to grow those leads. We need assitance interpreting our Google Analytics results and advice on how to turn those into actionable next steps.
Project Deliverables:
GA4 & Traffic Diagnostic: A deep-dive audit of our current traffic patterns, identifying "leaks" in our conversion funnel and high-performing entry points.
Competitor & Keyword Gap Analysis: An assessment of how our tech consulting competitors are winning organic search and where our biggest opportunities lie.
Technical SEO Audit: A prioritized list of technical fixes (Core Web Vitals, schema, indexing) to improve site health.
Strategic 12-Month Roadmap: A detailed "execution blueprint" that our internal team or a junior specialist can follow to increase inbound leads.
The Ideal Consultant:
10+ years of experience with a portfolio specifically in the B2B Tech/Consulting space.
Expertise in translating complex GA4 data into business-ready recommendations.
Central US Time Zone preference for 2–3 strategy syncs during the project.
While this is initially a project-based engagement for a strategic roadmap, we are open to a follow-on advisory role to oversee the implementation for the right candidate.
