AWS offers a comprehensive compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $137,000/year to $236,800/year, depending on market location and individual experience. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
