If you thrive on solving complex problems, influencing cross‑functional teams, and seeing the tangible impact of your work on millions of shoppers, you’ll find a home at arenaflex. Role Overview The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is the pivotal bridge between arenaflex’s robotics solutions and the operational teams that deploy them in fulfillment and transportation centers. Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Success, you will partner with site leaders, engineering, product, and program‑management groups to ensure our robotic systems meet or exceed their designed performance targets. You’ll translate operational pain points into actionable improvement initiatives, champion best‑practice adoption, and drive continuous‑improvement programs that scale across the entire North American network. Key Responsibilities - Strategic Enablement: Design and implement scalable processes, playbooks, and training modules that empower site teams to adopt new robotic technologies quickly and safely. - Performance Auditing: Conduct regular health checks of robotic deployments, audit adherence to safety and operational best practices, and recommend corrective actions. - Issue Identification & Resolution: Analyze data from SQL, Excel, Tableau, and other BI tools to surface trending performance gaps, then lead cross‑functional root‑cause analyses. - Product Feedback Loop: Capture the “voice of the customer,” synthesize insights, and influence arenaflex product roadmaps, ensuring future releases solve real‑world challenges. - Network‑Wide Rollouts: Coordinate the launch of new robotic platforms, tools, and software updates across multiple fulfillment sites, managing timelines, stakeholder communication, and post‑launch monitoring. - Coaching & Change Management: Partner with site managers to embed arenaflex best practices, champion organizational change, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Travel Management: Allocate 25‑30% of your time to on‑site visits, immersing yourself in the operational environment and building strong relationships with frontline leaders. Essential Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s or MBA is a strong plus). - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer‑facing, technically complex roles, preferably within robotics, automation, or large‑scale manufacturing environments. - Demonstrated ability to resolve technical issues that intersect software, hardware, and operational processes. - Hands‑on experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, and programming languages like Python or R. - Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable continuous‑improvement methodologies, with a track record of delivering measurable efficiency gains. - Strong project‑management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple high‑priority initiatives simultaneously. - Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with the confidence to influence senior leadership and technical teams alike. Preferred Additional Expertise - Direct experience troubleshooting robotics hardware and software systems in high‑throughput environments. - Background in Business Intelligence (BI) development, dashboard creation, and data storytelling. - Experience collaborating with global engineering teams to translate field feedback into product enhancements. - Familiarity with fulfillment center operations, logistics, or transportation network design. Core Skills & Competencies - Analytical Mindset: Ability to synthesize large data sets, identify patterns, and propose data‑driven solutions. - Customer‑Obsessed Approach: A relentless focus on delivering value to site leaders and end‑users. - Technical Acumen: Comfort discussing robotics architecture, software APIs, and system integration details. - Influence & Negotiation: Skillful at aligning disparate stakeholder interests toward a common goal. - Adaptability: Thrive in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments and quickly pivot when priorities shift. - Leadership Presence: Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire cross‑functional teams without direct authority. Career Growth & Learning Opportunities arenaflex invests heavily in the professional development of its people. As a CSM, you will have access to: - Formal mentorship programs with senior engineers, product managers, and operational leaders. - Funding for certifications such as Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), or advanced data‑analytics credentials. - Rotational assignments across product development, field operations, and global strategy teams, giving you a 360‑degree view of the business. - Internal hackathons and innovation challenges where you can prototype new automation solutions. - Clear promotion pathways from Individual Contributor to Senior Manager and Director levels, based on impact and leadership behaviors.
