Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers.
• Reinforce Agile and Scrum practices to encourage teams to work with agility.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and other sessions as needed.
• Promote agile practices while consistently reinforcing scrum theory and values.
• Build relationships to foster engagement encourage collaboration.
• Remove or escalate impediments to the scrum team's progress.
• Protect the team from internal and external distractions.
• Lead process management and improvement practices to ensure the team improves how they deliver value.
• ssist the Product Owner in ensuring that scope, commitments, and line of sight targets are understood by everyone on the scrum team.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings, facilitating communication between teams, etc.
Required Experience:
• bachelor's degree in business administration or computer science and at least five years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Experience working in Agile Scrum.
• Relevant certifications.
Required Skills:
