The expected pay range for this position is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Scrum Master, Integrations & Delivery to drive the successful delivery of integration work across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of project management, product coordination, and delivery quality assurance, ensuring that all integration initiatives are executed efficiently, on time, and with a high standard of quality.
This is an internally facing role focused on orchestration, process discipline, and delivery excellence not product ownership. You will operate behind the scenes to ensure teams stay aligned, accountable, and unblocked across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Execution & Process Management
- Own and drive standups, sprint planning, retrospectives for integration focused workstreams
- Manage end-to-end delivery timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple projects
- Ensure consistent adherence to delivery frameworks, processes, and documentation standards
- Track progress against milestones and proactively escalate risks or blockers.
Integration Delivery Oversight
- Coordinate technical deliverables across a portfolio of client engagements
- Maintain visibility into all active integration work and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Monitor scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Quality Assurance & Delivery Governance
- Drive QA rigor across all integration deliverables including test planning, execution tracking and defect management
- Ensure proper validation, testing, and sign-off processes are followed prior to deployment
- Partner with teams to improve testing frameworks and delivery quality standards
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the central point of coordination for internal stakeholders across delivery teams
- Provide clear, concise updates on project status, risks, and outcomes
- Ensure alignment between technical and functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track and report on key delivery metrics
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the development of scalable delivery frameworks and best practices.
Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Project Manager, Product Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar role
- Strong experience managing integration projects (HRIS, Workday, APIs, middleware, etc.)
- Experience driving QA processes and testing coordination in delivery environments
- Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting or delivery environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Workday or HR technology ecosystems
- Background in consulting or client delivery environments
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar PM tools
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM) or equivalent
