What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead major Salesforce Industries Cloud projects and solve complex business problems
- Collaborate with Admins, Developers, and Leadership to design efficient and scalable solutions
- Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively on client projects
- Conduct requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and documentation of solutions
- Provide day-to-day end-user support and assist clients with best practices for Salesforce Industry Clouds
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce
- At least 2 years of experience with Industries Cloud, preferably Media Cloud, Health Cloud, or Communications Cloud
- Current Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or B2B Solution Architect Certification, along with an Industries Cloud certification
- Proven experience in at least three end-to-end implementations of an Industry Cloud Solution for clients
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in executing data migration from legacy systems into Salesforce Industries Cloud
- Familiarity with building automation rules using OmniScripts and Flows
- Knowledge of creating Apex classes, Triggers, and using APIs
- Experience integrating Salesforce Industries Cloud with third-party applications
- Background in conducting training sessions for team members or clients
