Tealth, a portfolio company of PULSE 63, is a multi-product software as a service (SaaS) startup supporting health practitioners, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and medical distributors by increasing efficiency, reducing costs and improving revenue through digitalizing processes. The first product Tealth Doctor help doctors simplify their workflow with features like appointment management, secure video consultations, streamlined e-prescriptions, and online payment collection. Our goal is to make healthcare professionals' lives easier, enabling them to focus on providing exceptional care to their patients. We are currently seeking new Sales Agents to join our team and assist us in creating the best possible working environment for doctors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Information Management, or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates, preferably with a medical/tech related background.
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices and is highly motivated to learn.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with a variety of healthcare stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
- Proficiency in using software applications, ability to learn new technologies quickly and ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, especially doctors, clinic managers, and other potential users of the Tealth software.
- Understand the needs of our clients and effectively communicate how our SaaS solutions can meet those needs, increasing their efficiency while reducing costs.
- Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients, tailoring the presentation to illustrate how our software can simplify their workflow
- Collaborate with our customer service team to ensure a positive customer experience and resolve any issues clients may have.
- Continually enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge to stay competitive and hit your sales targets, with the goal of contributing to Tealth's mission of making healthcare professionals' lives easier.
