AppDirect is a subscription commerce platform that empowers digital entrepreneurs globally. They are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to handle inbound and outbound opportunities, generate new business, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound opportunities
- Generate new business opportunities from a targeted list of potential AppDirect partners
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to drive opportunity
- Respond to inbound interest and qualify fit for the AppDirect platform through discovery calls
- Work with Product and Marketing teams to convey feedback on prospect requirements and drive product strategy
- Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Salesforce
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience exceeding quota in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Sales at a SaaS or Cloud company
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
- Passion for learning and working with the latest technologies and industry trends
- Professional phone presentation, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and leading CRM systems
- Experience with our ecosystem of Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners
