We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Rep who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting and qualifying potential clients.
Key responsibilities
- Prospecting and lead generation: Researching and identifying potential customers who fit the company's ideal customer profile
- Outreach: Contacting prospects through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, etc.
- Qualifying leads: Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and determine if they are a good fit for the company's products or services
- Scheduling meetings: Setting up introductory calls or meetings for the Account Executives team to take over the sales process
- Relationship building: Acting as the initial point of contact and building rapport with potential customers
- Data management: Using tools like a CRM to track leads and manage communications
Necessary skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
