Position: Building Automation Sales Executive
Location: Denver Metro Area
Position Overview We are seeking a Building Automation Sales Executive to drive new business development across the Denver Metro area . This role is responsible for identifying and securing new clients, building long-term relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC or Building Automation sales , with a proven ability to generate new business and maintain client relationships. This role requires a high-energy, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Denver Metro market
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client needs and provide tailored building automation solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and act as a trusted advisor
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of sales experience in Building Automation or Controls Services
• Proven track record of sales success with an established network or book of business
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels , including executive leadership
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong writing, phone, and presentation skills
• Salesforce experience is strongly preferred
