Position Overview The Revenue Cycle Data Entry Specialist is a critical remote role that supports arenaflex’s professional behavioral health revenue cycle operations. You will be responsible for entering, reviewing, and managing claim data across a suite of integrated platforms—including arenaflex’s CareLogic EHR, arenaflex’s myEvolv solution, and arenaflex’s Meditech EHR system. Your meticulous work will directly impact the speed and accuracy of reimbursement cycles, helping our clients maintain financial health and continue delivering high‑quality behavioral health services. Key Responsibilities - Accurately input claim‑related data into arenaflex’s CareLogic, myEvolv, and Meditech EHR systems according to daily volume targets. - Analyze credit balances on complex claims, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate claim actions. - Perform adjustments for claims with credit balances, ensuring compliance with payer guidelines. - Review denied claims for timely filing requirements, document valid reasons, and submit write‑off approvals. - Execute bulk claim actions identified by claims specialists, prioritizing efficiency without sacrificing quality. - Process secondary claims that have been satisfied by primary payers, confirming correct reimbursement flow. - Conduct self‑directed Quality Assurance checks on entered data, generate error‑tracking reports, and follow up on corrective actions. - Collaborate with remote team members via Google Chat, email, and virtual meetings to resolve ambiguities and share best practices. - Maintain organized Google Sheets and Excel spreadsheets that track claim status, adjustments, and performance metrics. - Stay up‑to‑date on Massachusetts Medicaid product changes, payer policy updates, and industry regulations that affect claim processing. - Provide occasional support for related operational tasks, such as drafting communications to payers or updating internal SOPs.
