As a Retail Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading customer engagement and sales efforts, maintaining store organization, and supporting management with daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide courteous, professional service to best serve the needs of our customers
- Lead customer engagement and sales efforts while actively performing the role of a sales representative
- Maintain a neat and orderly store environment including the execution of merchandising, planograms, product displays and stocking shelves
- Lead by example, taking on additional responsibilities as needed
- Support store leadership by serving as Floor Leader (an average of 25% of time) and opening and closing the store
Skills
- At least 1 year of retail experience
- Ability to lead, guide and mentor store employees
- Flexible availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed
- A love of tools & equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift 70 Lbs
- Service focused mindset
- Spanish Language Skills preferred
