**Job Summary**
As a Retail Customer Service Specialist, you will be the face of arenaflex in our retail stores, providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and recommending products to meet our customers' needs. You will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to build trust relationships, process sales transactions accurately, and achieve sales goals. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and recommending products to meet our customers' needs
* Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences
* Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, following company policies and procedures
* Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, working collaboratively with the sales team
* Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring accurate and efficient operations
* Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse, tint and mix products as needed, and stock shelves and set up displays
* Clean store equipment, load/unload delivery trucks, and assist with deliveries as needed
* Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, ensuring a positive customer experience
* Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discussing available options and suggesting ways to improve sales
* Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management
**Minimum Requirements**
* Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
* Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
* Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
* Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
* Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
* If internal to arenaflex, you must have received at least a "meets expectations" (3) rating on your most recent performance appraisal
* If internal to arenaflex, you must have completed all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for your current position
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Have at least a High School diploma or GED
* Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
* Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
* Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
* Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
* Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
