GlobalSource IT is seeking a high-level Wrike Implementation Consultant to enhance their platform from a basic setup to an enterprise mature state. The role involves designing complex workflows, auditing structures for reporting accuracy, and optimizing integrations for product development.
Responsibilities
• Designing end-to-end workflows for complex product development and packaging engineering
• Auditing current folders and spaces to ensure they support accurate Portfolio/Program roll-ups and reporting
• Building and strengthening complex automations and Blueprints to ensure consistent user adoption
• Optimizing the Adobe Creative Cloud integration for design markups and reviews
• Advising on long-term scalability, including potential future integrations with SAP
Skills
• Proven track record of implementing Wrike at an enterprise level (ideally migrating users from Smartsheet or Workfront)
• Experience setting up project management tools for physical product lifecycles (Packaging, Engineering, Design)
• Understanding of the 'back-end' of Wrike—blueprints, custom fields, and reporting structures—and how they impact global data visibility
• Ability to identify where a 'standard' setup fails and how to build a custom, 'foundational' structure that won't break at scale
