The role involves migrating and modernizing legacy APIs into Azure, developing and testing solutions, and collaborating with architecture teams on Azure solution design.
Responsibilities
• Migrate and modernize legacy APIs into Azure
• Development, testing, deployment, and code transformation
• Document existing code and infrastructure
• Communicate progress, risks, and blockers with stakeholders
• Guide junior developers
• Collaborate with architecture teams on Azure solution design
Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of API design & development
• 3+ years with Azure integration technologies
• Hands-on experience with Azure API Management (APIM)
• Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus, Event Grid
• Hands-on experience with Logic Apps, Azure Functions
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API design
• Strong understanding of integration patterns (sync/async, pub/sub, event-driven, microservices)
• Proficiency in .NET Core, C#
• Proficiency in PowerShell
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes / AKS
• Azure DevOps experience (2–5 years)
• Azure DevOps experience
