The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Responsibilities - Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rate, weekly interview volume, and other metrics as defined by leadership to support hiring goals - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level to mid-level roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring teams - Lead strategic intake meetings with hiring managers to align role requirements and provide consultative guidance on recruitment best practices - Craft compelling and accurate job postings that reflect the firm’s brand, values, and culture, and attract high-quality candidates - Proactively source talent through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to build strong candidate pipelines - Conduct candidate screenings via phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment - Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and timely scheduling process - Maintain consistent communication with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback to ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience - Support hiring managers in candidate evaluation, promoting objective decision-making that aligns with company values and hiring standards Skills - High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred - 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a massive recruiting environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software tools - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers - Good time management, organizational skills, and keen attention to detail - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish - Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both languages - Experience in a metrics-based environment preferred Company Overview - Lisinski Law Firm is a legal entity that specializes in immigration laws and helps immigrants deal with the complex immigration system.
