They are seeking a Senior Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to execute structured outbound campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers and to maintain accurate CRM records while delivering consistent performance results.
Responsibilities
• Initiate professional outbound conversations with Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders using prospect contact information provided by our data team
• Secure qualified meetings aligned to defined buyer criteria
• Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot)
• Work independently within clear daily activity expectations
• Deliver consistent monthly performance results
Skills
• 8–20 years of experience in Inside Sales
• 8–20 years of experience in Outbound Prospecting
• 8–20 years of experience in Appointment Setting
• Experience in B2B Technology, Telecom, Insurance, Financial Services, or Industrial Sales
• Calm objection handling
• Executive-level communication skills
• Strong daily structure and discipline
• Comfort working remotely with accountability
• CRM familiarity
