Alldus is hiring on behalf of an Elite ServiceNow Partner for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with deep expertise in Customer Service Management. This role involves leading large-scale CSM transformation initiatives and designing solutions to enhance customer and field service experiences across the United States.
Responsibilities
• Lead the overall architecture and design of ServiceNow CSM solutions aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess current customer service operations and define future-state workflows
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing CSM architecture
• Provide technical leadership to developers and business process consultants throughout project delivery
• Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external systems to ensure seamless data flow
• Establish governance and best practices for ServiceNow CSM configurations, data models, and performance optimization
• Support change management and platform adoption across enterprise teams
Skills
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with at least 3+ years focused on CSM
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead on enterprise-level ServiceNow CSM implementations
• Strong understanding of customer service workflows, case management, and field service operations
• Experience designing and integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications and data sources
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• ServiceNow certifications in CSM or related modules, including CIS-CSM certification (required)
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) is a plus
